Drunk on its own, spearmint makes an amazing herbal drink. Spearmint leaves are deep green in colour and provide a wonderful, pungent, yet cool and refreshing taste. Often combined with other herbs, spearmint also makes a great Moroccan Mint tea when blended with a simple green gunpowder tea.

Place 3-5 grams in your favourite strainer – add 200ml of hot (but not quite boiling) water, or to taste – steep for five minutes then enjoy.
