Naturally dried Apple pieces, Hibiscus, Rosehip, Pineapple, Papaya, Brambleberries, Strawberry, Blackberries, Raspberries, Natural flavour.

Use 3-5 grams in your favourite strainer, place in a cup or mug – add 200ml of hot (but not quite boiling) water, or to taste – steep for five minutes then enjoy.

Approx 30-35 servings per 100g.
